The Down Under Divers Club is the home club of many of the landlocked scientists who study diving and underwater science from North Carolina’s research triangle area. Their meetings are monthly informal gatherings with an hour for socialization and dinner before a diving-related talk, which in September will be given by Rachel. The meetings are not limited to Club members, and all are welcome.

The History Book Festival is the first and only book festival in the United States devoted exclusively to history. Rachel will speak alongside 20 amazing history authors, including ticketed talks by Jodi Picoult and Tiya Miles.
